Role Description


You naturally have a strong desire to grow beyond managing minimum project requirements like tasks and timelines. Within the first two months, you're chomping at the bit to take charge of projects and own them through and through. You are passionate about supporting interesting and complex projects that deliver business value, developing trusting relationships with clients, and being adaptive to changing project constraints - and you love to have fun while doing it. :)

About the Role

The Project Lead is an incredibly important role in that it oversees client relationships, project plans, and consultant deliverables and performs administrator-level Salesforce work themselves. It requires you to see the big picture yet work within project limitations and risks to help clients be successful and projects profitable. You will be the face of our client and principal liaison, working hand in hand with your counterpart(s) on the client-side, to ensure the overall quality and success of the project.

You will work closely with various technical and non-technical team members. You will be the subject matter expert on agile project methodology, devops frameworks and best practices, managing dependencies, scoping, mitigating risks, resolving issues, authoring contract change orders, and managing timelines and general project budget.


  • Exercise strong project leadership skills, combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills to deliver desired business value and outcomes for our clients
  • Execute Salesforce Administrator-level project deliverables per clients and project needs
  • Work with clients and project teams to define scope and requirements, create solutions, and develop an executable plan including resource needs, timeline, and costs
  • Proactively manage scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications for projects
  • Program Planning, status tracking & Monitoring of critical issues/risks across Salesforce.com projects
  • Coordinate with respective internal and Client teams for project-specific escalated and critical issues
  • Effectively collaborate with the project team and client resources on technical consultative services during the duration of the project
  • Lead and support the team in the execution of a standardized solution lifecycle methodology
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product road mapping
  • Guide, communicate, document, and implement strategies to effectively help our clients manage change
  • Bring disparate groups to consensus
  • Negotiate, persuade and influence others
  • Manage conflict to successful, productive resolution
  • Organize and motivate project teams
  • Ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications, Experience, Education

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
  • 3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Project Management/Leadership experience
  • Scrum experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM) certificate, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Special Knowledge

  • Salesforce CRM Experience is a must
