SALESFORCE SOLUTION DELIVERY LEAD

THE ROLE:

As a Solution Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery and execution of services to clients. You will lead solution architecture initiatives as well as participate in delivering business solutions alongside the delivery team. You will work to establish common policies and practices designed to ensure top notch performance of the delivery team while effectively presenting information and responding to customer product requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Lead requirements gathering, design, solution architecture, configuration, and implementation efforts for client implementation projects on the Salesforce platform
  • Design and develop innovative, customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions, client requirements and goals
  • Conceptualize and present solid, comprehensive business solutions
  • Exhibit critical thinking capabilities to solve complex business problems
  • Develop solution architecture documentation, design specifications and user training guides
  • Aid in determining implementation options using best practices approach
  • Research product development options and provides analysis for solution direction, including 3rd party application recommendations
  • Ensure alignment with project scope and budget and takes appropriate action to manage scope changes
  • Provide clear and concise estimates to sales and delivery teams
  • Monitor and escalate risks and issues, as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts degree a minimum
  • 5+ years in a team focused environment related to management consulting, advisory, or professional services
  • 1+ years’ experience working as a team lead / manager implementing technology solutions for businesses
  • Relevant product & technology certifications
  • Proven success in developing, deploying and driving adoption of applications and processes on Salesforce platform
  • Keen understanding of how Salesforce fits into the larger technology landscape
  • Demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement experience; including a role in interfacing with client executives
  • Confident and highly communicative, with excellent business insight and a willingness to challenge others or propose changes
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and identify and foster business development opportunities
  • Solid understanding of enterprise solution architecture
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments, with minimal disruption
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence
  • Analytical – be able to successfully manage technically and organizationally complex environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both customers, consultants and engineers
  • Knowledge and experience with formal delivery methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
  • Located in US, Able to travel up to 30%
