Recruiting Manager

Summary: 

Stony Point is seeking an experienced, professional to lead our recruiting and contract staffing team. Stony Point has an active staffing and recruiting practice to provide excellent candidates to our partners and clients. This role will be responsible for recruiting employees and contractors for both internal and external positions and contract roles. Stony Point specializes in the Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce talent, but the staffing and recruiting practice is not limited to Salesforce.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Management responsibilities
    • Manage and mentor recruiting team members
      • Help team members create short and long term objectives and assist team members in achieving those objectives
      • Ensure team members are following best practices in recruiting and screening candidates
      • Define processes and procedures and ensure team members follow process and procedures
    • Manage off-shore RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service providers
      • Set and monitor performance targets to ensure RPOs are cost effective
      • Ensure RPOs are following best practices in recruiting and screening candidates
      • Define processes and procedures and ensure RPOs follow process and procedures
    • Recruit new recruiters and RPOs
      • Ensure proper onboarding of new team members
    • Maintain active positions
      • Conduct meetings with Sales as necessary, and at least once per week, to review and manage open positions
      • Create new position records to track client and internal openings, and write job descriptions when necessary
      • Meet with executives in regards to internal positions
    • Manage candidate progress through the recruitment process
      • Conduct team meetings as necessary, and at least once per week, to review candidate progress and ensure adherence to quality and speed of processing targets
      • Set and meet targets for volume of qualified candidates
      • Set and meet targets for speed of processing candidates through screening and submittal to the salesperson or hiring manager
      • Speak with candidates frequently by phone and video
      • Manage the process of executing subcontractor agreements
      • Coordinate interviews
      • Work with candidates on work visas--and their employers (e.g., Corp to Corp)--when necessary
  • Individual responsibilities
    • Meet with SVP, Sales as necessary, and at least once per week, to review metrics and monitor progress
    • Recruit and screen candidates as needed 
    • Review and recommend recruiting tools and services to improve productivity or cut costs
    • Assist Sales during complex client interactions

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of management or team leadership experience
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills as well as technical knowledge
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed or similar recruiting tools

Desired Skills:

  • Staffing agency experience
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Experience using Pardot or similar marketing automation tools
